Fuwai Huazhong Cardiovascular Hospital (also known as Fuwai Hospital and Zhengzhou University Huazhong Fuwai Hospital) is one of the first national regional medical center pilot units in China. It is jointly built by Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the National Cardiovascular Disease Center, and the People's Government of Henan Province, relying on the People's Hospital of Henan Province and constructed in accordance with the requirements of modern hospital management system as a national tertiary Grade A public hospital. The hospital is also the location of the Central China Branch of the National Cardiovascular Disease Center and the Henan Cardiovascular Disease Center, and is also listed as the Heart Center of Henan Provincial People's Hospital. The hospital is located in Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou City, the capital of Henan Province, with a total land area of 253.13 acres, a building area of 403800 square meters, and a total investment of 3.4 billion yuan.
