- Introduction
The Longchuan West Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub and Supporting Engineering Project is a key construction project in our county, consisting of three parts: the Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub, the East and West Square in front of the station, and the supporting ancillary buildings on the north side of Heng'er Road. The total land area of the project is approximately 134000 square meters (202 acres), including approximately 103 acres for the East Square, 69 acres for the West Square, and approximately 30 acres for ancillary facilities; The total construction area is approximately 57800 square meters, including 54300 square meters for the comprehensive passenger hub in New York and approximately 3500 square meters for ancillary facilities. The construction includes station front distribution plaza (including taxi and social vehicle drop off areas), social vehicle parking lot, first-class bus terminal, bus terminal and yard, taxi storage yard, passenger distribution platform, comprehensive transportation hub center office area (including intelligent transportation center) and supporting facilities (including maintenance yard, parking lot, living area), tourist distribution center, Longchuan Cultural Exhibition Center, supporting commercial and other related service functions. The official start of the construction of the Longchuan West Station comprehensive transportation hub and supporting engineering project is of great significance for further highlighting the advantages of our county's transportation location, accelerating the pace of "Rongwan" and "Rongshen", promoting the construction of high-speed rail new cities, and promoting the high-quality development of our county's economy and society. This project belongs to a medium-sized station, with a peak hour transmission volume of 1150 people (in the long term). It will be put into operation in 2021.
