Guangdong Zhuhai Xiangzhou District People's Hospital Renovation and Expansion Project (Phase II)

The renovation and expansion project (Phase II) of Xiangzhou District People's Hospital is located on the west side of Yuanming New Park, 178 Lanpu Road. The project mainly consists of a newly-built high-rise nursing and inpatient building, a community health service center, a power distribution room, a supporting underground garage, and equipment rooms. The total land area of the project is 11216.55 square meters, with a total construction area of 49961.94 square meters, including an above ground construction area of 37370.05 square meters and an underground construction area of 12591.89 square meters. After the completion of the project, Xiangzhou District People's Hospital will have 657 open beds and 600 new underground parking spaces, further effectively improving the hospital's medical environment and better meeting the health needs of the local residents.
